Last year, Warby Parker and our friends at The Standard held a writing competition and asked you to write us a story, in a thousand words or less, inspired by the dog days of summer. Thank you to all who submitted!
Presenting The Standard x Warby Parker Short Story Collection.
We compiled ten stories selected by our judges—Jakab Orsos, Director of PEN American Center World Voices Festival; Hettie Jones, author and New School professor; and Lorin Stein, Editor of The Paris Review—into a back pocket-friendly book, available now—for free—while supplies last at Warby Parker retail locations. They’ll be at our Miami and Los Angeles Standard Readeries, Boston store and New York flagship.
