Wintry mix ahead
We discovered our inner geologists when designing our Winter 2017 collection, and the result is a range of frames so stunning we won’t even bother with the rock puns (“these frames are rock stars,” “they’ll rock your world,” etc.). Some are acetate and some are metal, some are brand-new shapes and some are old favorites. All of them elicit oohs and ahhs usually reserved for precious stones.
On the acetate side of things, we’ve developed a slew of custom gem-inspired colorways like Marbled Walnut, Pacific Slate, and Striped Granite (modeled after arfvedsonite, tree agate, and Dalmatian jasper, respectively). Other new colors like Rose Crystal and Jet Black Fade take after more transparent jewels. You’ll find them all on new silhouettes like angular Felix and offbeat Oscar—plus some established stunners like cat-eyed Louise Small and almost flat-browed Lowry.
Then there are the semi-rimless metal frames in the assortment. They range in hue from Rose Gold to Brushed Navy and stud the whole collection with extra gleam. (It’s winter! Erm, almost. Everything should gleam.)
