The election is quickly approaching and regardless of who you’re voting for, it’s important to do so! Even while on the road, Phineas has been planning how to get his ballot in—it would either require an early morning drive to a polling station out of state, or an absentee ballot. Luckily, his absentee ballot arrived at our Philadelphia hotel just a couple of hours before our departure!

The team driving in the Ford following the bus thought that we were pulling off at a gas station, but started to question Phineas’s plans as we wove through a residential neighborhood to a shopping center. It turned out that it was the only remaining post office open along our route. He ran from the bus, envelop in hand, and dropped it off just in time to make it for the count.
