We opened up shop in Edgehill Village on Saturday and man, we’re jazzed.

We’ve always had our eye on Nashville. In 2012, we opened a showroom inside of imogene + willie, where we welcomed customers for three years. And then just last year, we opened up our second corporate office outside of NYC in downtown Nashville. Still going strong!

Back to the store. As you can tell, it’s a thing of beauty. As you approach the storefront, you’re greeted by an inviting outdoor space with low-level stairs and Corten steel planters aburst with native plants and landscaping. Once inside, take a gander at a piece (in shades of our favorite hue, blue) from Nashville’s own Hendricks Stained Glass and head up the walnut stairway (to a mezzanine level) that doubles as stadium seating.

On the way up, you’ll notice an archive wall chronicling our first five years (and beyond!). And as usual, we were inspired by a classic university library: there’s lots of books (including our very own 50 Ways to Lose Your Glasses, Daydreamer’s Rx, and Should I Get Bangs?), brass library lamps, walnut shelving, and custom leather banquette seating for two of our favorite things: reading and relaxing.

One last but very good thing: We’re releasing universal favorite, the classic aviator shape, Lionel, as a limited-edition pair of sunglasses available in Jet Silver with mirrored lenses and a custom
lens pouch. It’s a keeper—and it’s just for y’all.
