We spent last Saturday with Free Arts NYC, an organization that brings creative arts into the lives of under-served children. We were introduced to an inspiring group of children from two different homeless shelters and spent hours playing games and painting giant glasses on the floors of our offices in SoHo. While some of us rediscovered our love of arts and crafts, others suffered losses in epic tic-tac-toe battles. At the end of the day, we were exhausted and covered in paint, but left inspired and sad to see it over.
