You can’t place a wrong order at the window of MIHO Gastrotruck. Go with the tostada, burger or tacos and you’ll leave feeling satisfied and happy. Be warned though—this is “farm to street” truck has a constantly changing menu based on local ingredients.
Juan Miron and Kevin Ho began working together at the Linkery, another well known San Diego eatery. The came together with a passion for well-crafted and thoughtful cuisine to bring it to the streets of San Diego!
We tracked down the truck outside of Whistle Stop Bar, where they offer an extra happy hour special if you’re picking up a bite to eat from the truck. After a small sampling of their eats this weekend, we’re going to make a point of visiting them again before we head out of town!
