Austin, We Made It

After logging thousands of miles on the highway, the Warby Parker Class Trip has found a new home in Austin. Starting today, the bus will be comfortably parked at Barton Springs Picnic, a community park that boasts delicious food trucks, picnic tables, covered pavilions, and overall good vibes.

It’s been a long journey since 2012, when the bus first began touring the nation to bring Warby Parker’s showroom experience to life. After a brief pit stop in Dallas, we decided it was time to get those wheels spinning again—and Austin sure seemed like a perfect fit.

If you’re in the neighborhood, we’d love for you to come by the bus, which is fully equipped with leather sofas, oak shelves, classic reads, special finds, and of course, our full collection of glasses.

Just outside the bus, we have lending libraries featuring books specially chosen by Austin Bat Cave, an Austin-based nonprofit that provides children and teenagers with opportunities to develop their creative and expository writing skills.
